IT Help Desk
In partnership with the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium, HandyCabable Solutions provides technology support and advice to area nonprofits through our help desk.
Handy Capable also offers technology assessments for nonprofits as a stand-alone service or as a first step in working with our clients to implement IT projects that further your organization's mission or build capacity for your organization's general operations.
Advantages we offer:
- Free technology assessment for Consortium members with a cost estimate for implementing the project.
- Below-market rates to keep them affordable for nonprofits. HandyCapable understands that your organization’s budget is stretched thin. Accordingly, the HandyCapable rate of $50/hour for labor is more than 50% below many area for-profit companies. We will also work with you to find a cost-effective maintenance solution, or you can choose to "pay as you go."
- Increased efficiency of your current equipment to save time, money and resources.
- Assistance with planning and assessing major new systems that will improve the delivery of services and help you budget for future technology options.
- Access to sound arrangements for tech support.
- Assistance to provide you a greater understanding of technology strategy, budgeting, management and best practice.
